Introduction
Introduction

Pigion is a personal AI assistant for work. It sorts your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, takes your meeting notes and handles your scheduling. Everything it touches becomes memory you can ask.

Pigion knows your work, from your inbox to your meetings, and prepares what comes next. It prepares, you decide: Pigion never sends an email on its own, and every draft waits for your approval.

Pigion works in Outlook and Microsoft 365 today, with Gmail coming soon. Data is hosted and processed in the EU and is never used to train external AI models.

What Pigion does
What Pigion does

One assistant for your inbox, your meetings and your calendar:

  • Inbox sorting. Every incoming email lands in one of eight categories. Thread status shows whether the next move is yours or theirs, and open items from mail and meetings stay in view. Moving mail into folders is optional.

  • Drafts in your voice. When an email needs a reply, Pigion writes a draft in your own style, using the thread, earlier mail and what was said in meetings. The draft waits in your inbox and is never sent without you.

  • Chat. Ask anything about your inbox and meetings in plain language. Answers link back to the emails and meetings they come from.

  • Meeting notetaker. Pigion joins your calls in Teams, Zoom and Google Meet and delivers a transcript, a summary and action items. Before every call, you get a meeting brief.

  • Scheduling. Pigion spots meeting requests and suggests times in your own words, or shares your personal booking link.

  • Follow-ups. Pigion keeps track of sent mail and prepares a follow-up draft when nobody replies.

  • Memory. Everything Pigion handles becomes memory you can see, edit and ask. Add documents as knowledge, and use your memory in Claude and ChatGPT through a personal MCP connection.

  • Teams. Share team memory, documents and meeting templates, and connect Google Drive, HubSpot and Notion through connectors your admin manages.

Email categories
Email categories

Pigion sorts every email into exactly one of eight categories:

  1. Action needed: the email asks for a reply or an action from you.

  2. FYI: for your information, no action needed.

  3. Finance: invoices, payments and other financial messages.

  4. Notification: automated alerts and no-reply messages.

  5. Meeting Update: invitations, appointments and changes to them.

  6. Awaiting reply: you are waiting for the other side to respond.

  7. Completed: handled, nothing left to do.

  8. Marketing: newsletters and promotions.

How Pigion works
How Pigion works

From sign-in to your first draft:

  1. Sign in with Microsoft and connect your mailbox.

  2. Pigion learns your writing style from your sent mail and builds context from your inbox and, if you turn it on, your meetings.

  3. As email comes in, Pigion sorts it and prepares a draft where a reply is needed. After a meeting, the notes and action items are ready.

  4. You review, edit and send. Pigion learns from your edits and gets better over time.
